Meet Katherine! We worked together for two short months before she took on a new career opportunity (sad face). Here and there, we had talked about doing a photoshoot … but it wasn’t until her second to last day at work that we finally did it!

We did this shoot over our lunch break with the intention of getting a few new photos for Katherine’s blog, but it turned out to be so much more than that! We got sooo many great photos in the hour that we spent trekking around Detroit!

What I love about these photos is how much Katherine’s personality and charm comes through. She is such a sweetheart and a natural beauty, with classic Audrey Hepburn-esque style. We both graduated from the Scientific and Technical Communication program at Michigan Tech, but didn’t get the chance to know each other too well in school – but I’m so glad we had the chance to these past few months! We have a lot in common as far as career aspirations and interests go… and our even love for lipstick – I call her my lipstick soulmate (LSM for short ;).
