Fat Tuesday | Paczki
Fat Tuesday, or Paczki Day, reminds me of St. Patrick’s Day – sure you’re not Irish, but anyone and everyone is welcome to join in the celebrations. Of course, there’s more to it than that but today’s trend is focused on the paczki!
A couple of fun paczki facts for you: If you don’t already know, it’s pronounced poonch-key. I just learned (via Google) that paczki is actually the plural form of paczek. Who knew?
