Trendy Tuesday | Cuff Bracelets
Cuff bracelets have been in for a while now, so when I got this gorgeous feather cuff, I just had to show it off! ;)
Now here’s the really cool part – I actually got this cuff for FREE. Say whattttt?! I’ve never really participated in an “online party” before, but this was different. I had seen my friend Jen post a photo of this gorgeous cuff to her Facebook and when she invited me to her Chloe + Isabel party she said there would be games to win free jewelry. I wanted that cuff BAD and so I hit “Going!” without hesitation.
I remember the exact moment I won this bracelet. I had stopped dead in my tracks in Target to play jewelry bingo. Austin wandered over to the clothing section (he always knows where to find me in Target) to ask what in the world I was doing. I was clutching my phone as I searched for a pen and paper in my purse and dropped the rest of my belongings on the floor. I told him to “shhh!” and that this was very important (obviously) as I scribbled bingo numbers onto a scrap piece of paper, using the clothing rack as a hard surface to write on.
Does this sound crazy? Yes. But this game was INTENSE and I was in it to win it… and I did! Now at this point I was skeptical because I had just just won a beautiful bracelet, so I messaged Jen to see what the catch was. I figured I’d have to spend a certain amount to get it, or that the bracelet would be super cheap – nope and nope. This bracelet is a beauty and I didn’t have to do a thing.
The whole party was put on by Mandi, who is a Chloe + Isabel rep and she is amazing! Mandi puts together amazing pieces on her Instagram and also shares current promo codes and sales!
