Usually, when I blog Trendy Tuesday, I post a trend that I just HAD to have. Today’s is a little different – I did not find this trend, but it found me.

I’ve seen tons of girls wearing the signature look of layered Alex and Ani bracelets, but to be honest it just isn’t my thing – I’m too lazy to coordinate and put on that much jewelry (isn’t getting dressed hard enough already?)

I received this one as a gift and as soon as I opened it, I was all, “Awwwwwwwww, it’s so dainty and cute!” What really got me was the sentiment inside – this one says, “Optimistic • Compassionate • Resilient” and in the description it goes on to say how sunflowers turn their face to the sun and how this charm “celebrates the power that grows from staying ever positive, facing toward the light.” So cute. :)

I love to wear this as a reminder to stay positive and keep your face toward the sun.
